Payment, Returns and Shipping Policies
Payment:
• You can pay securely with Credit Card or Paypal.
~ Credit card payment is safely processed via Square Reader
~ Paypal is an easy and secure way to pay online with your credit card - you can view PayPal's website here.
• I also accept USA bank deposits - please contact me if you wish to use this payment method.
• If you would like to pay with your credit card over the phone, please contact me.
• I do not accept checks
• If you would like to purchase multiple items please contact me before placing your order, so I can calculate a discounted price if applicable !
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing and paying for the order.
After that time, the order may have been made / shipped out and cannot be cancelled.
• Pick Up is not available at this time.

Shipping for domestic (U.S.A) and international orders:
Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS)

Shipping for DOMESTIC (U.S.A) orders:
MOST ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
I endeavour to ship items within 3 working days of placing and paying for the order, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are shipped through USPS 1st Class Mail with tracking.
Your tracking number is available upon request; if you wish for additional insurance you will need to contact me.
Please allow about 3 - 10 shipping working days for domestic orders. It may take longer over the Christmas period.

Shipping for INTERNATIONAL orders:
MOST ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
I endeavour to ship items within 3 working days of placing and paying for the order, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are shipped internationally through USPS First-Class Mail WITHOUT insurance.
Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post; if you wish for your order to be insured please contact me and I will inform you of the additional charge.
Please allow approximately 8 - 21 working days for orders outside of America, but may take longer depending on the receiving countries customs policies. It may also take longer over the Christmas period.
CUSTOMS DUTY / VAT
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note that buyer is responsible for payment of these duties if applicable - especially so for EU countries.

LOST PARCELS
These are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, I will refund or resend the item only IF it has been sent with a tracking number AND insurance, provided I have another in stock and that it is clear that is has been lost in the mailing system.
Please note that some items are one-offs, but I will endeavour to replace the lost items as accurately as possible. Original paintings CANNOT be replaced or refunded, therefore it is strongly advised that insurance is purchased with shipping for this item.
I pack each order with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you safely. I use good quality recycled outer packaging where possible. Please let me know if this may not suit you.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of it. I will gladly accept exchanges and store credit.
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost when returning purchases. The item(s) must be returned in sellable condition in order for a full refund to be granted.
